Delivery Information
Steady Neddy delivers to all areas of mainland UK.
Delivery times stated are estimated and based on stock availability. These times may be increased during busy periods. If you require a more specific date, please enquire before ordering.
All orders will incur the delivery charges, as stated below, unless otherwise stated. These have been calculated based on average weight and size and have been kept to an absolute minimum.

Please note: goods can be delivered to an alternative address, however, you need to make sure you are at this address when a delivery date is specified.
We use independent companies for all our deliveries and the goods are fully insured until they are delivered and signed for by the customer. Smaller items are usually sent by Royal Mail, and therefore a specific delivery date will not be given.
You will be advised by email when the goods are due to be dispatched and if a courier is used you will be assigned a delivery date.. If the delivery date given is inconvenient, then please inform us to arrange an alternative delivery date. Most items require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure that there is someone at the address to receive the delivery. If there is no one there to receive the goods or the courier is unable to deliver the goods, a second attempt to deliver to you will be made the next day. Please note that this may incur a charge (this is a charge made by our courier and will be passed on to you).
Should the goods be returned to our premises, then customers will be charged another full delivery charge for re-delivery of the goods, plus an additional fee of up to £5.75.
Deliveries are usually Monday to Friday and between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm on the agreed delivery date, unless otherwise stated.
PLEASE NOTE: Only sign for the goods as "received in good condition" if you are happy that this is the case. Equestrianclothingdirect.co.uk can not be held responsible for any damage to the goods caused by the courier. If you are unable to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, notice any damage or have any concerns, then please mark the delivery note as "not checked" or, if applicable "box damaged" at the time of signing. Failure to do this will affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however, if you need to return any goods to us, please refer to the conditions below.
If you wish to amend or cancel your order please contact our Customer Service team in the first instance, either by phone or using the contact form, anytime between Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00pm.
Any cancellation will need to be confirmed in writing by email. If you cancel your order prior to receiving your goods, then you will be given a full refund, including any original delivery costs. If you decide to cancel your order once the goods have been received, then please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return. Goods must be returned to us in thier original packaging and in good condition. Equestrianclothingdirect.co.uk can arrange collection of the goods. This will be subject to a delivery charge, plus a collection fee of up to £10.75. Once the goods are received and inspected on our premises, we will then process a refund less the original delivery costs and collection charges. We also reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 15%.
Faulty or Damaged goods must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Items reported within the 7 days will be repaired or replaced free of charge as soon as possible, or if prefered, collected and full credit reinstated. If, however, goods are found to be in working order, we reserve the right to administer a 15% re-stocking fee and the cost of the collection.
For returning smaller items, please use normal postal services, and we would recommend you use a secure method such as recorded delivery, until it is returned to us, it is your responsibility.
We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of goods being received back to us in its original good condition.
Please note: We are unable to accept any returned goods that have been used. Before using, please ensure that the correct items have been purchased.
