How to Order

Steady Neddy are currently accepting two payment methods:

  1. Paypal
  2. Cheque

We will be updating our payment facilities in the near future so you will be able to purchase Steady Neddy Horse products over the phone as well as using most Credit/Debit cards directly.

Before ordering, we advise you to ensure the item(s) you require are in stock. Some items are made to order, and therefore delivery can sometimes take up to 3 weeks. Please contact us via phone during 9am-5pm weekdays, or send us an email using our online form 24/7.

Ordering online via Paypal

If you would like to purchase products via Paypal, it is simple. Just follow the online ordering system...

  • Add the products you are purchasing to your basket
  • Check your basket to ensure the products you have selected are correct
  • Continue to the checkout
  • Type in your details
  • Continue to process the order via Paypal
  • Once complete, Steady Neddy will receive the order and process the next working day
  • You will be notified of a delivery date for items delivered by courier. An estimated delivery date will be given for smaller items posted via Royal Mail.

Even if you do not have a Paypal account, you can still process your payment securely without having to create a Paypal account. Please go to the Paypal website: www.paypal.co.uk.

Ordering via Cheque

If you would prefer to order via cheque, please follow the following procedure:

  • Contact Steady Neddy via email or phone to let us know what you will be ordering
  • Steady Neddy will send an itemised invoice with the total cost of the items including any delivery charges. This can be done via email or post.
  • Please make cheques payable to : Instinctive Horse Training
  • Cheques need to be sent to :  Skidby Livery Yard, Middlefarm, Main Street, Skidby, HU16 5TG
  • Once the cheque is received and cleared, Steady Neddy will process the order the next working day
  • You will be notified when your cheque is cleared.
  • You will be notified of a delivery date for items delivered by courier. An estimated delivery date will be given for smaller items posted via Royal Mail.
